Digital Products

Our digital products are delivered instantly via email after purchase.

In accordance with EU regulations, you have the right to a 14-day refund period, provided the digital product hasn't been downloaded.

Physical Products

Our physical items are produced and shipped through our print-on-demand partner, Gelato.

Orders are typically produced locally and delivered within 5 business days. For more details, see Gelato’s Shipping Policy: https://www.gelato.com/shipping-and-delivery

As products are made to order, returns are generally not accepted. However, if there's an issue with your order, please contact us at hello@informalprint.com within 14 days of delivery. We'll work with Gelato to resolve the problem.
